Seluvia Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Seluvia Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a valid PayPal account or UK bank account to receive payments.
  • The Programme is open to individuals and businesses who promote Seluvia products through lawful and ethical means.
  • Seluvia reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on the total value of referred sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
  • Commission may be reduced to 5–10% on certain high-value or low-margin items (clearly marked on product pages).
  • Cookie duration: 30 days (sales made within this window are credited to you).
  • Commissions are tracked and managed via our affiliate platform (UpPromote).

3. Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each month.
  • Payment methods: PayPal or UK bank transfer.
  • Minimum payout threshold: £10. Earnings below this will roll over to the next month.
  • If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the commission will be deducted from your balance.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • You agree to promote Seluvia products in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner.
  • You must not:
    • Misrepresent Seluvia products or the Programme.
    • Use spam, misleading ads, or unethical marketing practices.
    • Use PPC ads bidding on “Seluvia” or variations of our brand name without written consent.
    • Create websites, social profiles, or domains that impersonate Seluvia.
  • Content shared by affiliates must be original. Do not copy other affiliates’ materials without permission.
  • If you promote products from other brands, you must clearly distinguish them from Seluvia promotions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Seluvia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use provided banners, logos, and affiliate links solely for Programme participation.
  • All intellectual property rights in Seluvia’s brand, logos, and content remain the property of Seluvia.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

  • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of Seluvia.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, National Insurance, and legal obligations related to your affiliate earnings.

7. Termination

  • Seluvia may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
    • You breach these Terms.
    • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
    • You remain inactive (no sales or engagement) for 3 consecutive months.
  • You may terminate your participation at any time by written notice. Any unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid in the next cycle.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • Seluvia is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profit, or data, arising from your participation.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seluvia from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities.

9. Modifications

  • Seluvia reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
